There are a wide variety of manufacturing processes to choose from in the creation of composite structures with some projects requiring the melding of different materials to create the desired product. Apex Composites can help design and engineer the best possible products by incorporating our combined 30 years of experience in the composites industry.
Apex Composites provides a number of different machining operations in the manufacture of structures including CNC, water jet, manual lathes and center less grinding.
In-house engineering designs tools specifically for each project, and tooling is created from those files by our tooling partners.
While most of our products are made using carbon fiber, Apex also has the ability to work with fiberglass, Kevlar, epoxy, plastics and metals.
